Standard Construction

• 3/16" Floor, length determined by capacity.

• 12 Gauge sides, front, door & roof.

• Tapered construction for easier dumping.

• 3" x 5" x 3/16" structural tubing used for back channel and roof supports.

• 10 Gauge formed, 2 bends, 5 3/4" W side channels are spaced 30" on centre for side & roof stiffeners.

• Industrial enamel primer & paint.

• Containers are delivered completely assembled & ready for use.

Understructure

• 3" H Structural channel 18" on centre, with full 3" H structural channel apron.

• Drain holes (through floor) under each channel.

• 1 3/8" Thich solid bullnose inserted 2" into rails into 2" x 6" x 3/16" rails.

• Rear rollers - 8" Dia. x 10" W with grease zerks & 1/2" thick wheel plate.

 

Doors

• Constructed with 12 gauge door sheet and frames of 3" x 4" x 3/16" tubing uprights & horizontal cross-members. (no formed channel)

• Extra heavy-duty door hinges with grease zerks. Each hinge assembly covers 1 linear foot of door surface.

• Guide support latch side of door.

• Door safety chain uses a heavy-duty quick snap with ratchet latch system.

• Sealed Doors & Sealed Charge Opening doors available upon request.

• Pinning Tunnels & Bars are available upon request.

• Cable-1 3/4" cable hook with 3/4" thick plate & 4" Dia. x 6" W front rollers with grease zerks & 1/2" thick support.
